I led the redesign of Save the Children Canada’s website, transforming an outdated digital presence into a bold streamlined platform aligned with their renewed brand direction and global mission: advancing children’s rights for over 100 years.

A major challenge was reworking the site’s dense and disjointed information architecture. We restructured the navigation and content strategy to surface key programs, impact stories, and donation pathways more clearly – making it easier for users to find what they need and take meaningful action.

Visually, the redesign leaned into the organization’s updated brand palette of red, black, and white – communicating urgency and strength while remaining clean and accessible. The refreshed design brings consistency across pages and creates space for powerful storytelling and high-impact visuals.

On the backend, we prioritized ease of use for the internal team, simplifying content blocks and page templates to allow for faster updates and more flexibility.

The result is a responsive, user-friendly site that elevates Save the Children Canada’s voice and makes it easier for visitors to engage, learn and most importantly give.

I am proud of my work on this site. It gives me immense satisfaction to know that my design skills are benefiting one of the most vulnerable populations in our society.
