Engaging Networks multi-step donation forms

For the new University of Victoria donation forms, brand consistency wasn’t just a priority – it was essential. I was brought in to design a suite of multi-step donation forms on the Engaging Networks platform that seamlessly reflected UVic’s established identity and high standards.
Every detail was crafted to match the university’s look and feel – from typography, colours and most importantly prioritizing mobile responsiveness. The forms were designed to be clean, intuitive and accessible, guiding donors through the giving process with ease and confidence – removing friction and encouraging completion.
But more than just a branded experience, this project was about helping UVic inspire meaningful action. Donors using these forms aren’t just giving – they’re investing in the future. Their support helps open doors to education, fuel academic dreams, and drive the research and innovation needed to tackle real-world challenges. Each gift plays a part in shaping the lives of students and strengthening communities locally and globally.
The final result is a giving experience that’s not only beautifully on-brand, but also built to connect donors to the impact of their generosity. It reflects the heart of UVic’s mission and creates a space where donors can feel confident, inspired, and deeply connected to the futures they’re helping to shape.

I’ll share a secret about good design:
solves a problem, stays timeless, generates emotion, takes a risk and leaves an impression
